Villa Filia is a complex of 5 separate maisonettes two of them with a private swimming pool in the Almyros area, built on a 5,000 sq meters plot of land, in a distance of less than 200 meters from the beach of Almiros.
Each maisonette is 60 sq.m, is fully furnished and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a bathroom/ WC on the ground floor, and a bedroom and a veranda with view to the sea on the first floor. Villa Filia is in a distance of less than 2 km from Acharavi and the water park HYDROPOLIS.
